I have always admired Sir Ken Robinson and enjoyed his talks. They are always well written, concise, funny and make sense in the context of the education system that is in place right now. We need someone who will stand up and talk about educational issues that don’t see solutions in just testing the life out of our students. Sometimes I do think that it would be nice to actually see more deliberate and faster action on the issues he exposes on his end instead of just speaking about it but I could be wrong. Maybe he is involved in the task of creating change and not just speaking about it. Having gotten that off my soapbox, his videos are great to watch and we have often used them to provoke discussion on a school level.
